Rotational data centre jobs in Norway for electricians and installers
Looking for a rotational job as an electrician, electrical fitter or installer on Norway’s largest data centre builds? Publiq hires skilled electrical professionals across Norway and Europe for fixed rotation schedules with travel and accommodation included.
Background and requirements
Major data centre campuses are being built across multiple Norwegian regions, including Eastern Norway, Telemark, Agder, Rogaland and central Norway. Because construction sites often require a travelling workforce, a well-run rotational setup is essential. Publiq brings more than a decade of rotational workforce experience from offshore, shipyards and infrastructure directly into the data centre sector.
From information to agreement
When working on rotation with Publiq, you receive a predictable work schedule (such as 14/14 or 14/21 aligned with site rosters), organised flights or travel to and from the project, and comfortable accommodation near the site. Pay, overtime, travel allowances and working hours follow Norwegian law and our union collective agreements.
Do I need to live near the data centre site to work with Publiq?
No. Our rotational model is built for electricians and installers travelling from across Norway, the Nordics and Europe, with travel and project housing managed by our offices in Norway and Gdansk.
