Publiq AS has qualified as a DN Gazelle for 2026, awarded by Dagens Næringsliv. This is the company’s seventh Gazelle award, a milestone that both the Managing Director and the Chair of the Board are proud of. It comes in a year when Publiq began supplying personnel to data centre projects in Norway and is actively developing systems to support its next stage.

Proud of the people behind the results

For the leadership team, this is also an opportunity to recognise the people behind the company’s development. Publiq has an experienced, committed team bringing trade skills and practical knowledge to demanding assignments. Their work on site, together with support from the wider organisation, makes our staffing services possible.

Seven Gazelle awards represent a milestone for the whole company. We thank our employees, the clients who place their trust in us, and the partners who help us develop further.

2026: our first deliveries to Norwegian data centre projects

In 2026, Publiq began supplying personnel to data centre projects in Norway. This expansion builds on our everyday work: understanding project requirements and providing people with the right competence for the tasks.

Entering a new sector means drawing on experience from other technical and industrial environments while learning the specific requirements of each assignment. We adapt the skills, organisation and cooperation with project management accordingly.

Data centres are a new area of focus alongside our continued work in offshore, oil and gas, energy, industry, shipyards and transport infrastructure. We aim to build on our strengths and apply our experience where clients need it.

Adapting to industry and integrating AI

Publiq is actively working to integrate artificial intelligence into our systems. The aim is to prepare the organisation for future requirements and better support the work around employees, competence and project follow-up.

This development is ongoing. Our ambition is to make information easier to access, simplify workflows and free up time for personal support. Technology should support employees’ experience and judgement, with people remaining central to the company’s development.

Adaptation also means listening: to what clients need, what employees encounter in their daily work and where our processes can improve. These needs should guide the systems we develop.

From six Gazelle awards to seven

Our December 2025 review recorded six DN Gazelle awards. With the 2026 recognition, the total is now seven. Earlier milestones include the southern regional Gazelle award in 2023 and NHO Agder’s Company of the Year 2023.

This year’s diploma confirms Publiq AS as a DN Gazelle 2026. We see it as recognition of our development so far and motivation to keep investing effort in competence, relationships and an organisation ready for new requirements.

Ready for the next chapter

We move forward with pride in our team and respect for the work ahead. With experienced employees, new assignments in data centres and active development of our systems, we aim to remain a relevant staffing partner for Norwegian industry.
