Rotation staffing for industrial projects
Rotation is part of project organisation, not just a calendar. Publiq assesses staffing where continuity, travel and handovers must be planned together.
Background and requirements
Describe work periods, shifts and assignment length. Identify the workplace, travel needs and accommodation responsibilities. Working-time arrangements and terms require clarification; a preferred rotation is not automatically an approved arrangement.
From information to agreement
Plan how knowledge and progress information pass between crews. A clear record of completed and outstanding tasks supports the changeover. Define how changes in duration or headcount are communicated.
Can we freely choose a rotation pattern?
The proposed arrangement must be assessed against applicable requirements and agreements. Include it in the enquiry so practical issues and further clarification can be identified.
