Background and requirements
Hyperscale data centre builds depend on high-precision installation of heavy cable ladders, basket trays, containment systems, server racks, busbars and high-capacity power and fibre cables. We hire both qualified electrical fitters for panel and equipment installation and experienced mechanical/electrical installers for containment and bulk cable pulling.
From information to agreement
You will work in structured installation crews led by experienced bilingual supervisors (BAS) with clear drawings, QA checklists and strong HSE standards. Publiq coordinates site inductions, safety courses (FSE, working at height, MEWP), rotational travel and quality housing close to the project site.
Do you hire both certified electrical fitters and containment/cable installers?
Yes. Live electrical termination and testing require Norwegian Gr. L / DSB approval, while we also hire experienced containment installers, rack fitters and cable pullers working in supervised installation teams.
