Hiring electrical supervisors (BAS), foremen and lead technicians for data centres in Norway
Do you have experience as an electrical supervisor (BAS), foreman or lead electrician on major construction or industrial projects? Publiq is hiring working supervisors to lead electrical and installation crews on data centre builds across Norway.
Background and requirements
As data centre projects ramp up with multiple parallel installation crews, strong site supervision is critical for safety, quality and schedule adherence. As a BAS or electrical foreman with Publiq, you coordinate daily crew activities, assign work packages from technical drawings, lead toolbox talks and SJA/HSE routines, and liaise directly with the client’s site management.
From information to agreement
We are looking for qualified electricians (Gr. L / DSB) with proven leadership experience from data centres, heavy industry, shipyards or large infrastructure builds, and strong communication skills in English and/or Norwegian (Polish is also a strong advantage). Publiq offers competitive supervisory compensation under our union collective agreement, rotational schedules and dedicated back-office support.
