Workforce planning for data centre construction

Start with the areas becoming available and their dates. A peak headcount alone does not explain the mix of installation, supervision and completion skills. Break the requirement down by trade, stage and shift.
From information to agreement
Show the baseline team and periods of additional demand. Agree how changes are requested, who approves increases and how demobilisation is planned. Availability can be assessed once dates and competence requirements are known.
Can a headcount be guaranteed before the plan is ready?
Capacity and start dates require specific confirmation. An early estimate starts the discussion; it is not a confirmed personnel reservation.
